- Clutch cover gaskets are made form an AFM Material which is a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core.
- Aluminum core gives the gasket strength for a superior seal and prevents the gasket from weeping or crawling out in today's engine cases with limited sealing surfaces.
- No sealants required for installation.
- Save service time as AFM will not stick to the engine case making replacement quick and easy, no more scraping.
- AFM is a compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core with a high temperature resistance of more than 250F (EU: 121C); it has an 85% recovery while maintaining a strong torque retention.
