ANSWERS

1How do I qualify for free shipping?
 Spend $100 or more with MotoSport and you'll automatically qualify for free 2-Day Express shipping at checkout. (Any oversized orders or orders containing hazardous materials, such as motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via FedEx ground service, regardless of destination. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made.)
2How much is shipping for purchases under $100?
 For FedEx ground shipping there is an $8 flat rate charge. An additional $20 will upgrade your order to next-day delivery. For Saturday next-day is available for an additional $12.50. Please call customer service at 1-888-676-8853, Option #3 to verify that next-day Saturday delivery is available in your area.
3When will my order ship?
 Most orders placed before 4PM Eastern time will ship the same business day!
4I need my order fast! What are my options?
 Need to ride tomorrow? You may request guaranteed next-day service for an order over $100 for an additional $20. If you request guaranteed next day delivery for Saturday there will be an additional Saturday delivery charge of $12.50. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas so please contact our customer service department at 1-888-676-8853, option #3 to verify.
5I spent over $100, so why is my order being shipped ground?
 Any orders containing hazardous materials, such as motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via FedEx ground service, regardless of destination. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made. Customers may request that non-hazardous merchandise be shipped separately for a shipping fee of $8 by calling customer service at 1-888-676-8853. Option #3. Orders containing oversized products such as ramps, ATV tires, or ATV plastic kits also ship via FedEx ground service.
6Can I ship internationally?
 At this time MotoSport only ships to locations within the United States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. However we have recently updated our policy to include AFO/APO address.
7Can I track my order?
 Yes! Click on the on the homepage to log into your account.
8What do I do with the FedEx tracking number?
 Go to http://www.fedex.com or call1-800-GOFEDEX to track your package directly.
9Can I pick up my order at your warehouse in Southaven, Mississippi?
 No. At this time our distribution center is not set up to process will-call orders.
10How do I know if my item is in stock?
 Estimated item availability is displayed on each product detail page at MotoSport.com. If you have a question about a specific product's availability please contact one of our Sales Departments.

 We work hard to keep our online due dates current, but if you have more specific questions please contact one of our sales Departments.

12When will orders that contain any out of stock items ship?
 For orders that include back-ordered items, MotoSport will hold the order until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, MotoSport will ship the complete order. Customers may request that in-stock items be shipped as soon as possible, with back-ordered items shipped when available. For orders split into separate shipments, the back-ordered items will ship by FedEx ground once they are in stock. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-676-8853, option #3.
13Can you special order a product/part for me?
 Please contact one of our Sales Department to inquire about special orders.

 Sizing varies between manufacturers. Many of our products already have sizing charts. We are consistently working to get additional sizing charts up on the web as well. If you have specific questions please call one of our Sales Departments.

15What are MotoCodes?
 MotoCodes are 6-character codes assigned to each product in our catalog. Browse our catalog at your leisure and when you're ready to purchase simply enter the MotoCode into the Search field on our homepage to purchase the item quickly and easily.
16I cannot find the item I was looking for, but it was in your catalog. What should I do?
 Have you tried using the item's MotoCode to go directly to the product? If you are still unable to locate the item on our website by its MotoCode, the product may be discontinued. If you have specific questions please call one of our Sales Departments.

17I have more than one bike. How do I shop for multiple rides?
 To switch rides, click on the Ride Selector link at the top of every page and use the drop down menu to select the appropriate ride. If you have not chosen additional rides, return to the Ride Selector and choose "Add to My Rides" in the drop down menu.
18My bike is not an option on any of the dropdowns of your ride selector. Do you sell any products for me?

19I am not able to log into my account online. What should I do?
 Please select the Forgot My Password link on the My Account page. MotoSport will email you your password. If that does not work, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-676-8853 option #3.

 Yes. Buy with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US dealer, call or email us and we will match the deal including shipping. Products must be in new condition, in stock and ready for immediate delivery and sold by an authorized dealer. Our best deal guaranty applies even 30 days after your purchases. 28What methods of payment do you accept?
 We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as Bill Me Later. Online, we also accept PayPal and Google Checkout.
29My catalog lists a different price than shown on the internet. Which is correct?
 We do our best to keep our prices current until the new catalog. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices due to increased manufacturing costs or mis-marked items. The price shown on our website always reflects the correct price of an item.
