AMSOIL Arenacross released its 2015 schedule this week showcasing dates in all corners of the country and for the first time the championship race in Las Vegas.

Arenacross kicks its season off on January 10, 2015 in Cincinnati, OH, a first for the tour, and includes other first time stops in Tampa, FL, Southaven, MS and Austin, TX. Next year's season is also the biggest yet with 15 dates. Other locations include two stops in Washington and stops in Colorado, Pennsylvania and Fresno, CA. The Eastern Regional Lites and Western Regional Lites championship each get seven races.

Continuing for the third year is Ricky Carmichael's "Race to the Championship" which starts in Round 10 in New Orleans. Arenacross is now an official feeder to the AMA Supercross tour and riders looking to turn pro must go through Arenacross to get their Supercross license. The Top 10 riders in points after nine rounds "restart" the season and race the final six rounds for the Arenacross crown. Rider point totals are staggered based on their finish in the Top 10 but any significant leads after Round 9 are wiped out.

Championship Race Weekend is held May 1-3 at South Point Arena in Las Vegas which is also the same weekend and city for the conclusion of the 2015 Supercross season.
