Eli Tomac cracked the Top 10 in the point standings after his second straight win on Saturday for Round 4 of the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross series held at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ.

Tomac, who entered the season a title favorite did not finish the opening round and sat out Round 2 because of a shoulder injury. Since then, he's shown what everyone expected out of the 2017 Motocross Champion with dominating wins. On Saturday, he grabbed the holeshot and checked out leaving the final podium spots to Justin Barcia, Ken Roczen, Jason Anderson and Marvin Musquin to sort out.

In the end, Barcia returnd to the podium with his best effort so far in second and Roczen also got back on the platform with a third-place effort. Both riders posted off weekends at A2 for the Triple Crown format. Anderson, the points leader, finished fourth, his first round off the podium this season and he now leads Barcia by nine in the Championship standings. Musquin finished fifth after missing the last two weekends from injury.

In the 250 class, Aaron Plessinger got his second win of the season and took the Red Plate back after an off-weekend at A2. Shane McElrath took second for the second straight week and is just one point behind Plessinger in the standings. Joey Savatgy took fourth, salvaging a crash in the Main, but he slips to third in the standings after holding the lead tied with McElrath heading into Round 4. Adam Cianciarulo rounded out the podium with his second third-place finish of the year.
