Eli Tomac continued making lemonade out of a 2018 Monster Energy Supercross season full of lemons and overwhelmed the 450 class field in a Round 11 win on Saturday in St. Louis.

Tomac won his series leading fifth win in grand fashion grabbing the holeshot and simply checking out for the win. Jason Anderson crossed the checkers behind Tomac...20 seconds later. It was the strongest show of domination thus far and though Tomac moved into fourth-place he remains 60 points behind the first-place Anderson thanks to some early season woes. Tomac has won three of the last five rounds while taking second and third place in the other two.

Anderson's second-place finish increased his Championship points lead by two over Marvin Musquin who finished third. The podium of Tomac, Anderson and Musquin marked the third time this season and continued a season-long streak of at least one of them stepping on the box. Justin Brayton who got his first career win the week prior in Daytona finished fourth.

In the 250SX East class, Zach Osborne and Austin Forkner entered the round tied in points and each led for 10 laps but only one keeps the Red Plate. Osborn, the defending Champion, grabbed the holeshot but quickly lost the lead to Forkner who held the front spot for half the race with Osborne in tow. But with Osborne closing in, Forkner crashed and later crashed again settling for fifth-place. Osborne takes back sole possession of first with an eight point lead over Forkner.

Jeremy Martin took second for the second-straight week and Jordon Smith, who got his first season win in Daytona, finished third. Smith is now five points behind Forkner and Martin closed the gap by three to Smith and sits 11 points behind him in fourth.
