At 7 p.m. (PST) on Saturday at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA the best riders in the world face-off in the best sport in the world and mark the beginning of the long-awaited 2014 Monster Energy Supercross season. Live coverage airs on Fox Sports 1.

A1, as it's called, is the first of 17 races and the first of three held at Angel Stadium. Your favorites have spent the last two months, since James Stewart won the Monster Energy Cup, training, getting in mental and physical shape, and wrenching their bikes to find every possible edge for grabbing the holeshot and hanging on for the win. It's a long season and every race and every place counts.

MotoSport.com is honored to be a part of this great sport and we are pleased to bring you the 2014 MotoSport Supercross Team.

Rockstar Energy Racing KTM Team

Davi Millsaps #18

Davi Millsaps is a veteran rider and the anchor of the Rockstar Energy Racing Team. He's traded in his Suzuki for a KTM. A consistent top performer in the 450 class, Millsaps won A1 last year as well as San Diego and added a number of Top 5 finishes on his way to landing second-place for the 2013 season. He opted to rest his surgically repaired knee for the 2013 Motocross season so he could be 100 percent for 2014.

In late November, Millsaps injured his non-surgical knee during a practice run and his availability for the season opener in Anaheim is in doubt.

Ivan Tedesco #9

Veteran racer Ivan Tedesco, a two-time 125 Supercross champion, is ready to fill-in for the injured MIllsaps. Tedesco, who finished his rookie 450 Supercross series in 2006 one step away from the podium, said he's preparing like he's going to race and if Millsaps can't go in Anaheim, Tedesco is ready to lead the team.

Jason Anderson #17

Jason Anderson returns to the 250 West Coast class with high expectations. He placed 4th last year and only nine points from the podium. He's got new colors and a new bike so look for Jason to dominate the podium this year.

Joey Savatgy #43

The 2013 Rookie of the Year may be a new member to the Rockstar Energy Racing Team, but Joey Savatgy looks to be a perfect fit as he spent much of his amateur career fine-tuning his craft at the Millsaps Training Facility. Savatgy's Motocross season ended early in August after he suffered a broken scaphoid at Southwick and he'll remain sidelined as he continues to heal from his injured wrist. Savatgy is hopeful to return to the 250 East Coast class in a few months.

MotoSport.com Crossland Racing

Jimmy Albertson #77

Jimmy Albertson is the star of the MotoSport original series "The Albertson Project." We are excited to be a part of the MotoSport.com Crossland Racing team and find Jimmy's enthusiasm and love for the sport contagious.

He was hampered with injuries last year and approaches the 2014 season with energy, excitement and complete health. Keep an eye on Jimmy this season - he's got strong support and itching to win.

Weston Peick (Privateer)

Weston Peick #40

Weston Peick is one of the strongest Privateers to race Supercross in recent memory. He faces a stacked 450 deck this year as he did last year and he certainly has the power and determination to podium all year. He brings a great personality on and off the track and he's exactly the type of racer we love to support.

He finished 4th overall at the Utah National and landed several top 10 finishes in the five rounds he raced in for the 2013 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross season. Keep an eye on Peick, his competition certainly will.

Nick Wey - Moto Mafia Crew (Privateer)

Nick Wey #27

Nick Wey will be returning to Supercross for the 2014 Season fully recovered from past injuries and hungry to regain his top ten presence. Now considered one of the veterans of Supercross, Nick is doing everything on his own just short of driving the team rig. We have been supporting the #27 bike for years now and are looking forward to seeing the Moto Mafia Crew MotoSport Kawasaki battling in the mains all season long!
